Be the Change

I heard her heartbeat -  Over the music.. The rhythm of her body -   Winning against the beat.. The colour of her eyes -  Brighter than neon lights.. She was glowing like a star -   In a dull and grey sky.. She took my hands -  Looked deep into me.. Gaze of her sparkling eyes -  Warmly inviting me.. My first dance with her -  A magical night.. I was lost in her hands -  Felt more alive..                          - SB -

I would conquer any world I would fight any battle But I'm still not.... I would tame furious dragons I would build mighty kingdoms But I'm still not.... I would sit on the greatest throne I would wear the golden crown But I'm still not.... But I'm still not a King Not until I have you My Queen !                                    -SB-

All the joy I had when I see you The roof you gave for little ones Fights you had with the mean sun Disarray of your stubborn kids All that's gone now..... I tried to save you, tried and tried Sorry, I was a lousy friend Now you disappear before my eyes All that I can do, say good bye I could've done more..... You chose the worst place to live Cruel men don't get you What use we have of it, they ask Ignore the true value So blinded they're..... Gratitude my friend for everything A wonderful journey I had Better you left this world of doom Towards peace you never had I'm happy for you....                                         -SB-

Down pouring rain Leaking umbrella Soaking wet shoes Frustrating travels Fighting a battle, with impatient mind Thought for bit, that I'd loose it But then I saw it, the smile on her face Oh by golly, that made my day                                                  - SB -

Thick fur, blood eyes, blade teeth Through snow, on plains or peeks Brave heart, felt nothing's supreme Lived like the lone wolf, the self-esteem Mountains too high, preys too fast Pitch black creeks, too deep to dip Gravel on ground, thorns in the eye Had the world gone rough with me Then I saw them, shining behind trees Bright eyes, looking deep through me The long lost world, suddenly found The lone wolf met, the one - she-wolf                                                 - SB -
